• If the deviations fall within the tolerance limits, the equipment reading is acceptable. However, if it exceeds the tolerance limit, then the reading scale is adjusted to meet the standard measurements. The adjustment is done using man manual tuning, recalibration of settings or software tools.
• To check whether the alignment is correct, we use the reference tools again to confirm accuracy of new readings.
• Issuance of certificate as proof of standard compliance and performance verification. All processes are documented for future reference.
